RavenPoint Leads (“RavenPoint,” “we,” “us”) is an appointment-setting company serving roofing and construction contractors in the United States. Text messages from RavenPoint go only to our own business contacts — the contractors who work with us — and never to homeowners. Information we collect
When you book a strategy call through the scheduling widget on this site, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you add to the booking notes. Scheduling is powered by Calendly, which processes that booking under its own privacy policy.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include. This website does not require accounts and does not ask for payment information.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and conduct your strategy call, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site and our business — such as our scheduling provider (Calendly), website hosting (Netlify) and email (Google Workspace) — or where the law requires.
Text messaging
Text messaging. If you agree to receive text messages from RavenPoint Leads, we will only send messages related to your meetings and appointments with us. We text only our own business contacts — staff at roofing and exterior contracting companies who gave us their number. We do not text homeowners, and we do not send text messages on behalf of our clients. Consent is optional and is never a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help — you can also reach us at info@ravenpointleads.net. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and whether the territory form was started or completed. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies and collects usage data; IP addresses are anonymized, and the personal details you type into our forms are never sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out at any time using Google's browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
This site does not set advertising cookies. Embedded third-party services (such as the Calendly scheduling widget) may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ravenpointleads.net. If you've booked a call and want that information removed, tell us and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
