Who we text
We send text messages only to our own business contacts — owners and staff at roofing and exterior contracting companies who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts from us. We do not text homeowners or consumers. We do not text anyone on behalf of our clients. We do not text numbers obtained from purchased, rented or scraped lists.
What we send
Transactional and customer-care messages only: confirming or rescheduling a meeting with RavenPoint, letting you know an appointment has been added to your sheet, and answering questions about your account. We do not send marketing or promotional campaigns by text.
How you opt in
By checking the SMS box on the territory availability form at ravenpointleads.net, or by telling a RavenPoint representative during a call that you want text updates at your number. Consent is optional and is never a condition of doing business with us.
Message frequency
Frequency varies — typically only around a scheduled meeting or appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. To start again, reply START or ask us.
