We don’t know how many of these roofs are damaged, and we won’t pretend to. Our job is to put your reps in front of insured, owner-occupied homeowners inside the swath who agreed to an inspection.
How it works
Give us the ZIPs or cities your crews are working, or use the hail footprint we pull from HailTrace. We confirm overlap before you pay anything.
Our calling team phones homeowners inside those ZIPs and qualifies them live: owner-occupied, insured, no roofer signed, committed to a time.
Each one passes a 7-point check and a QC review, and the call recording is attached so your rep hears exactly what was said.
We book for the next day and double-confirm before the visit. If the homeowner does not show, we replace it.

$150–$200 per attended appointment, depending on territory, criteria and volume.

For a Phoenix-area roofing client: 31 appointments set on Oct 22, the day after the storm, and inspected Oct 22–24 across ZIPs 85019, 85021, 85029, 85031, 85051 and 85301. 28 attended (90% show rate). 11 of the 28 inspections ended in a signed agreement within three days, with 3 more pending (client-reported).

We replace it free, as long as you didn’t contact them before the visit. We double-confirm every appointment ourselves.
