We don’t know how many of these roofs are damaged, and we won’t pretend to. Our job is to put your reps in front of insured, owner-occupied homeowners inside the swath who agreed to an inspection.

How it works

Four steps from your ZIPs to a booked inspection.

  1. STEP 01

    Send us your ZIPs

Give us the ZIPs or cities your crews are working, or use the hail footprint we pull from HailTrace. We confirm overlap before you pay anything.

  2. STEP 02

    We call inside the swath

Our calling team phones homeowners inside those ZIPs and qualifies them live: owner-occupied, insured, no roofer signed, committed to a time.

  3. STEP 03

    Every appointment is checked

Each one passes a 7-point check and a QC review, and the call recording is attached so your rep hears exactly what was said.

  4. STEP 04

    Your rep inspects

We book for the next day and double-confirm before the visit. If the homeowner does not show, we replace it.

What every appointment includes

The same seven checks, every time.

  • Spoke live with the homeowner or decision maker
  • Owner-occupied, address verified, inside your area
  • Roof 5+ years old (adjustable)
  • Active homeowner’s insurance
  • No contract signed with another roofer, and open to meeting you
  • Committed to being home at the set time
  • Your own custom rules

Exclusive: one contractor per appointment, never resold. Double-confirmed by us before the visit.

FAQ

What contractors ask us first.

Do you only book homeowners with damage?

No. We book insured, owner-occupied homeowners inside the storm area who agreed to an inspection. Finding damage is your inspector’s job.

What if the homeowner doesn’t show?

We replace it free, as long as you didn’t contact them before the visit. We double-confirm every appointment ourselves.

Is it exclusive?

One contractor per appointment. We never resell.

How do we pay, and how fast can we start?

Each pack is paid upfront by bank transfer or ACH; no credit cards. We start calling the day your payment and ZIPs land, and your first appointments are booked for the next day.

Are you based in El Paso?

No. RavenPoint Leads LLC is a US company with a remote calling team on US business hours, and we only call inside the ZIPs you give us. We’re not a roofer and we never compete with you.
